A Growing Facility Upgraded With Modern Signage

Northpointe Storage is a family-owned self-storage company that has been serving its community since 1998. What began as a small operation with just three buildings has grown into a large, full-service facility with more than 30 buildings offering outdoor storage, climate-controlled units, and cold storage.

As the business continues to expand, the team at Northpointe wanted their property to reflect the quality and professionalism of their operation. They partnered with Phillips Sign & Lighting to update their visual presence and improve navigation throughout the site.

About the Client

Manager Andy Janusch has been part of the business his entire life. He emphasizes that personal service and safety are central to their brand. 

“We provide a clean, safe space for everyone’s storage needs and outdoor toys,” Janusch shared. “We have hundreds of cameras, gated access; it’s very hands-on and focused on creating a great customer experience.” 

The company’s rapid growth isn’t planning to slow down anytime soon. Janusch shared that they are adding a location for boat and RV storage, scheduled to open in the spring. He noted, “We try to keep everything personal for the customer; you are not dealing with a third party, you are dealing with us.”

Sprucing Up the Place

With their continued expansion, Northpointe Storage decided it was time to update its facility’s look. “We reached out to Phillips to spruce the place up. We added a new monument sign at the front of the facility, along with murals and directional signs to make it easier for customers to find their way around.”

Janusch described the experience as smooth from start to finish and highlighted his experience working with Ed from the Phillips team. “Working with Phillips was amazing. Ed helped us with everything from design, installation, and scheduling. They worked our ideas and turned them into exactly what we were looking for.”
